2. Application range

Screw machines are widely used in various industrial sectors, such as building materials, electric power, chemical industry, metallurgy, coal, aluminum and magnesium, machinery, light industry, grain and food industries; suitable for horizontal or less than 20° inclination angle, conveying powder and granular And small block materials, such as cement, coal powder, grain, fertilizer, ash, sand, etc. The temperature of the material is below 200℃.

The screw machine is not suitable for conveying perishable, viscous, and easily agglomerated materials, because these materials will stick to the screw during conveying, and will rotate with it without moving forward or form material accumulation at the suspension bearing. , And the screw machine cannot work normally.

The spiral diameter of the LS type screw machine ranges from 200 mm to 500 mm. There are five specifications, the length is from 4 meters to 70 meters, and the interval is 0.5 meters. 3. Screw drive mode

Is divided into two types according to the screw drive mode:

C1 manufacturing method-when the length of screw machine is less than 35M, single-ended drive.

C2 manufacturing method-when the screw machine is larger than 35M, double-end drive.

According to the type of screw machine middle hanging bearing, it is divided into:

M1 one is a rolling crane bearing, adopts 80,000 type sealed bearings, and there is a dust-proof seal structure on the shaft cover. It is commonly used in places where it is not easy to refuel, do not refuel or oil contaminates the material, with good sealing effect, long life of the crane bearing, and conveying materials The temperature is 80°C (not specified when ordering).

M2 is a sliding suspension bearing with a dust-proof sealing device. It is usually used when the temperature of the conveying material is higher than 80 ℃, or when the liquid material is conveyed.
