1. Overview
NSE series high-speed plate chain bucket elevator is a new type of vertical lifting equipment developed by our company by introducing advanced technology of similar foreign products. In various industrial countries, these products are widely used to lift powder and small granular materials.
There are nine basic models of NSE series plate chain hoist: NSE100, NSE200, NSE300, NSE400, NSE500, NSE600, NSE700, NSE800, NSE1000, each model chooses different lifting speeds according to different materials to be conveyed, and the maximum lifting speed is ≤ 70MMN, the maximum lifting height is 65M. In addition, our company can also provide extended models with a delivery volume between the above models according to user requirements.

The design of this machine ensures that the material is rarely scattered during feeding, lifting and unloading, which reduces Mechanical wear. The use of plate chain type high-strength wear-resistant conveyor chain greatly extends the service life of the chain and the hopper. | High lifting height | This series of elevators does not need hoppers to dig materials, runs smoothly, and uses a plate chain high-strength chain, so it can reach a higher elevator height, and can lift ≤50 meters under the rated conveying capacity. |
