1. Overview
Inflatable box is a pneumatic homogenization device in the cement industry, used for feeding or mixing powdery materials in the warehouse. It is suitable for all kinds of raw material warehouses, storage warehouses, and mixed homogenization warehouses. Its shapes are divided into four categories: rectangle, right-angle trapezoid, isosceles trapezoid and special form inflatable box. The inflatable box has the advantages of simple structure, reliable performance, no noise, easy maintenance, and uniform mixing. It is widely used in the cement industry and is an indispensable equipment for the production process of cement and raw material storage and mixing.
2. Technical performance
1. Mix the material and dry the powdery material, allowing the surface moisture to be less than 1%;

3.Arrangement, shape and installation
When the inflatable boxes are arranged in the warehouse, in principle, the larger the ratio of the actual arrangement area to the total area, the better. The mixing warehouse and the central area of the hybrid homogenization warehouse (mixing area) are more important for this requirement. Type A and Type B arrangements (see Figure 1 and Figure 2) are suitable for cement or raw material mixed homogenization silo below Φ12m. D-type inflatable box arrangement (see Figure 4 is suitable for various specifications of cement or raw material storage warehouses. F-type arrangement (see Figure 6) is suitable for cement or raw material mixing warehouses of various specifications, and all inflatable boxes are installed horizontally.
Each of the six basic arrangements has its own advantages, disadvantages and scope of application. The design and user departments can choose according to the actual situation. The number of zones of the inflatable box can be carried out according to the actual situation, but must conform to the four zones, six zones, eight zones, and twelfth zones. Provisions.
