Product Introduction

1. Overview

There are two main types of existing powder mixers: mechanical and pneumatic. Mechanical mixers are divided into two types: single shaft and double shaft. The mechanical mixer is characterized by relatively uniform and reliable mixing, but has high power consumption, serious wear and tear of parts, and high consumption per unit mixing volume. In addition, special process arrangements are required; pneumatic mixers have air-flow mixing and gasification mixing and other forms. The characteristics are: fast mixing, low power consumption, and low consumption of parts, but the disadvantage is that the material is affected by the short circuit of the gas and the eddy side wall effect. The uniformity of the mixture is low, and special process arrangements are also required. Therefore, the existing mixers have exposed their limitations in actual production.

 

2. Features

1. The mixing is uniform and reliable, the overflow structure is adopted, and the amount of online mixing is large.

2. The power consumption is small, and the energy consumption per cubic meter of mixed powder is less than 0.16kw/h. (See Table 1)

3. The equipment is less worn, and there is no need to replace the wearing parts within two years.

4. The process layout is simple, no special process line is needed, and the material can be discharged from the side or bottom.

5. The mixing volume is large, reaching 30-500m³/h.

6. ​​It can effectively remove the slag in the powder.

 

3. The requirements for the mixed materials

1. It must be a powdery material with a fineness below 10%.

2. The moisture content is not more than 1%.

3. The material density is below 2.5*10³kg/m³.

 

4. Working principle

At the bottom of the mixing box equipped with a mixing shaft and blades, an inflatable box with a breathable layer is equipped. After the high-pressure air is blown into the inflatable box by the Roots blower and the material enters the mixing box, it is firstly fluidized by the gasification of the inflatable box at the bottom of the mixing box, and then inflated and stirred by the action of the stirring shaft blades in the mixing box. It is located at the upper part of the mixing box, and the materials after mixing overflow from the discharge port. The materials below the discharge port and the subsequent materials entering the mixing box are fully mixed and overflow through the discharge port. Because the materials in the mixing box are fully fluidized and the overflow structure of the materials, the slag in the materials will be deposited on the bottom of the mixing box. When the mixer needs to be shut down after working for a certain period of time, it is cleared from the slag removal port on the lower side of the mixing box.
