Product Introduction

1. Overview

Our company's newly developed cement pneumatic and mechanical compound mixer is based on the summary of the advantages of mechanical and pneumatic mixers. It not only has the characteristics of uniform mixing of mechanical mixers, but also has pneumatic mixers. The mixer features fast mixing, low power consumption, and low parts consumption. Especially in terms of process layout, no special process route is needed, only a slight improvement in the bypass of the conveying equipment can be installed and used. After being used by many cement companies, it is well received by users.

 

2. Features

1. The mixing is uniform and reliable. The overflow structure is adopted, and the amount of online mixing is large.

2. The power consumption is small, and the energy consumption per cubic meter of mixed powder is less than 0.16kwh.

3. The equipment has little wear and tear, and there is no need to exchange wearing parts within one year.

4. The process layout is simple and does not require special process lines.

5. The mixing volume is large, 50-500m3/h.

6. ​​It can effectively remove the granular material (slag) in the powder.

7. Good homogenization effect, standard deviation S≤1.2%.

 

3.The requirements for the mixed materials

1. It must be a powdery material with a fineness below 15%.

2. The moisture content is less than 1.5%.

3. the capacity is below 2*10kgm area.

4. No viscosity.

5. The feed metering is accurate.

 

4. Working principle

At the bottom of the mixing box equipped with a mixing shaft and blades, an inflatable box with a breathable layer is equipped. After the high-pressure air is blown into the inflatable box by the Roots blower and the material enters the mixing box, it is firstly fluidized by the gasification of the inflatable box at the bottom of the mixing box, and then inflated and stirred by the action of the stirring shaft blades in the mixing box. The mouth is at the upper part of the mixing box, and the mixed materials overflow from the material mouth. The materials below the discharge port are mixed with the subsequent materials entering the mixing box and overflow through the discharge port. Because the material in the mixing box is fully fluidized, and the overflow structure of the material, the granular material (slag) of the material will be deposited on the bottom of the mixing box. When the mixer needs to stop working for a certain period of time, clear the slag opening at the lower part of the side of the mixing box.
