The self-adjusting high-temperature butterfly valve is generally applicable to pipeline systems such as building materials, glass, mining, electric power, light industry, papermaking and other industries such as ventilation, environmental protection engineering, flue gas treatment, and heat recovery. Adjust the flow rate and cut off the gas medium in the pipeline according to different control signals.
Structural features
Automatically adjust high temperature butterfly valve, welded with stainless steel and high quality carbon steel. It has the advantages of high temperature resistance, wear resistance, reasonable structure, low flow resistance loss, flexible operation, clear indication direction, convenient maintenance, and long service life. It can be installed horizontally or vertically. Equipped with DKJ, ZKJ, Bernard and other electric actuators and related accessories, it can realize manual and automatic non-interference switching, microcomputer program control, automatic control or centralized control. It is an ideal equipment for automatic control operation and flow adjustment.
Installation and debugging
• The valve shaft of the valve installed horizontally or vertically should be in a horizontal position, the actuator is not allowed to be used for lifting, and damage is strictly prohibited.
•The inner cavity of the valve must be cleaned before installation, and no debris and dirt are allowed to adhere.
•The valve should be manually opened and closed for one cycle before installation, and the valve should be adjusted appropriately according to the user's work system requirements (standard adjustment has been made at the factory), and the valve should be fully closed after the operation is correct.
•The power supply should be cut off during manual operation, and no auxiliary lever should be added to the handwheel. Turn the handwheel clockwise to close the valve, and vice versa. The opening angle of the valve plate is 0--90°.
•The valve installation of flange connection is as shown in the diagram, and the connecting bolts are evenly tightened after adding the gasket. Debug the manual first in the debugging stage. After the operation is correct, open the butterfly board at an angle, and then debug the electric drive part.
•Comprehensive performance inspection must be carried out after commissioning: turn on the power to open and close the valve. When the valve reaches the "fully open" and "fully closed" positions, the stroke control mechanism should accurately cut off the power, and the torque limit mechanism is in a critical operating state . The opening indicating mechanism should accurately display the opening state of the valve. When switching between manual and electric mechanism, the power supply should be cut off.
Transportation and storage
•Avoid hitting the valve during transportation, and the valve should be in a fully closed position to prevent damage to the butterfly plate and transmission components during transportation.
•When the valve is placed horizontally for transportation, the transmission device and transmission parts should be suspended to prevent the transmission shaft from being deformed and damaged by excessive force.
•The transmission device and transmission parts should be treated with moisture and rain protection.
•The valve should be stored in a dry room, and no open storage or stacking is allowed. During long-term storage, keep the valve closed, add lubricating oil to each transmission part, and make the transmission device moisture-proof and dust-proof.
Maintenance and overhaul
• Regularly check the operation of each transmission part.
•Replace the lubricating oil of the electric actuator reducer regularly to ensure that the mechanical parts are not damaged.
•Regularly check the sealing condition of the valve shaft. If there is any sealing problem, please replace it or add graphite packing.
