Bucket elevator has the obvious advantages of large conveying capacity, high lifting height, stable and reliable operation, and long life. It is suitable for conveying powdery, granular and small pieces of non-abrasive and less abrasive materials, such as coal, cement, stones, sand, clay, ore, etc. The main parts of the machine can be divided into: running parts, driving device, upper device, middle casing, and lower device.

1. Running parts

The running parts are composed of a hopper and a special plate chain, and the NE400 uses a double-row chain.

2. Drive device

The driving device is mainly composed of multiple driving combinations. The driving platform is equipped with an overhaul frame and a railing, which are divided into two types: left-mounted and right-mounted.

3. The middle section

Some middle sections are equipped with tracks to prevent the chain from swinging side to side during work.

4. Upper device

The upper device exists to prevent the chain from swinging, and is equipped with a track, that is, the double-row chain, the ratchet backstop and the discharge port are equipped with anti-return rubber plates.

5. Lower device

The lower device is equipped with an automatic tensioning device. NE400 mainly uses a heavy box as the tensioning device.
